1. We start with interviews in the company, with management and 3-4 other people, e.g. from IT, business development and marketing.
2. We cluster the topics and compare them with current developments. Locations are outlined.
3. The topics are discussed anonymously with 2-3 experts* and approaches are developed.
4 In this way, individualised feedback and practical suggestions are created for each company. These findings are condensed and summarised into manageable, implementation-oriented impulses.
*Experts are people who have a lot of professional experience in an area such as data/analysis, HR/culture or marketing/innovation and who look at the topics from their perspective and provide pointed input.
